Duration of warranty for the equipment purchased is valid only in Romania, and the warranty period begins to run upon delivery of the product.
Shelf life of products is between 12 and 24 months.
The buyer has the obligation to maintain the product according to instructions in the user manual.
During the guarantee period the seller replaces the product if it can not be repaired.
Any complaints on products under warranty will be addressed to the service of SC Ketler TOHAMI SPORT SRL str. Lizeanu, no. 35, Sector 2, Bucharest, personally or by phone: 021-211.33.44, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:00.
The movement for raising or finding product for repair is made within 10 days.
Warranty does not cover transportation expenses related to product liability.
Warranty does not cover regular maintenance of appliances.
Losing the warranty
If the equipment is connected to electrical networks with inadequate technical specifications, with frequent interruptions, surges, electromagnetic disturbances or without grounding ensuring compliance with the regulations in force.
If the device shows damage caused by bumps, shocks, penetration of liquids, fire exposures, misuse or negligence, changes in device status, keeping in unsuitable conditions - repeated operation regime large temperature differences that cause the phenomenon of "condensation" internal exposure to excessive moisture or sunlight.
If the device has been used for purposes other than the one provided by the manufacturer or been exploited in improper conditions: exceeding the maximum permissible weight, modifying the electrical installation, other modifications of any kind.

The use of lubricants, supplies and accessories different from those used and recommended by the manufacturer.
If you find that intervention for operation or repair of equipment is made by persons other than those authorized.

If upon repair request warranty card is not present.
Failure by the consumer of the conditions of transport, handling, installation, use and maintenance instructions specified in the leaflets that accompany the product and delivery.
Failure of any of the following documents: certificate(s) of warranty completed, signed and stamped, invoice and tax receipts, accessories that came with the product (wire pulse, AC adapter etc.), details of the fault.
Not included in the warranty parts supplies, namely:
sponges and sleeves, batteries, rubber membrane, bike saddle, lids and plastic trim, adjustable and non-adjustable pistons.
Post warranty
Our service is available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm for any questions or technical support related to product warranty that came out. Finding and repairing any problems arising intervention for post-warranty will be charged according to their complexity.
